REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY / HOW TO WITHDRAW

To withdraw from an event before the 1st round, notice must be given to the PG&CC Tournament Staff or Head Professional. To withdraw, email the tournament director at pgccok@gmail.com.

When requesting a refund in writing, please include the team member’s name, age, address and the name and date of the tournament.

2023 Refund Policy:

Before Deadline: 5 days prior to event date.

Tournament Entry fee returned to participants credit card, minus a $15 fee.

After Deadline and 1-4 days prior to event: Half of the tournament entry fee will be credited to the players account.
After Deadline, 24 hours or less from Round 1: No refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours with a verifiable doctor’s note will be granted a refund on ½ the entry fee or reviewed by the tournament committee for refund determination.
