BALLROOM RENTAL
The ballroom space is available to rent for special events. If you are interested in renting the ballroom, please complete the form below.

RENTAL RATES:
Members: $250
Non-Members: $350

The above price will be for a 4 hour time period. Longer events may be approved by the PGCC board of directors with an additional fee.

All events, other than those with prior approval by the PGCC Board of directors, will end no later than 8pm.

Black cloth table coverings available upon request with an additional $150 charge for cleaning.

To avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee, the following will need done at the conclusion of your event:

All food must be removed and trash must be picked up and hauled to the dumpster at the end of the PGCC driveway.

All decorations must be removed.

Floor must be swept (Broom in closet by the front door of ballroom)

All tables and chairs will be set up as they were prior to your event.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. All alcohol must be purchased from the Sand Trap Grill.

No rental becomes final until a $100 deposit is received by the Club manager. Dates are reserved upon approval and after deposit has been made.
