The ballroom space is available to rent for special events. If you are interested in renting the ballroom, please complete the form below.

RENTAL RATES:

Members: $250

Non-Members: $450

• The above price will be for a 4 hour time period. Longer events may be approved by the PGCC board of directors with an additional fee.

• All events, other than those with prior approval by the PGCC Board of directors, will end no later than 8pm.

• Black cloth table coverings available upon request with an additional $150 charge for cleaning.

• To avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee, the following will need done at the conclusion of your event:

  • All food must be removed and trash must be picked up and hauled to the dumpster at the end of the PGCC driveway.

  • All decorations must be removed.

  • Floor must be swept (Broom in closet by the front door of ballroom)

  • All tables and chairs will be set up as they were prior to your event.

  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. All alcohol must be purchased from the Sand Trap Grill.

No rental becomes final until a $100 deposit is received by the Club manager. Dates are reserved upon approval and after deposit has been made.
